Restauran Kaldrma

The tradition of this restaurant started back in 1986 and has been operating continuously since then. The initial working days began with a much smaller capacity of 50 guests, later expanding to accommodate 140 guests. Restaurant Kaldarma is located at the exit of New Dojran and is situated right next to the shore of Lake Dojran. It got its name from the oldest and only beach in New Dojran - Kaldarma, a beach that holds many old memories of past generations and continues to create new ones. The view from the terrace is directly facing the lake, so our guests not only enjoy the wonderful food but are also mesmerized by the lake's azure. Our food is said to be prepared 'like at home,' following the old Dojran ways of cooking. When our name is mentioned, we are associated with distinctive products like: Šarska pljeskavica, Pastrmajlija, and the fish specialty - fish on reed. The secret of our kitchen is that for 30 years, we have had the same head chef who has managed to maintain the quality of the food and satisfy the senses of our guests. Many famous personalities have dined here, including the first president Kiro Gligorov, who was our regular guest. Those who have tried it know, those who haven't should visit us! Apart from the wonderful food, Restaurant Kaldarma offers accommodation in beautiful apartments, access to a private beach, and a bar.
