The “GevgelijaVeloGuide” initiative was started by the “Gevgelija Bike Club” association from Gevgelija and is intended for various categories of facilities/restaurants/service stations/attractions that are “Bike Friendly” and want to adapt their service as much as possible to the needs of bike tourists. Depending on the type of facilities/restaurants/service stations/attractions and their size, GevgelijaVeloGuide gives opportunities to all interested parties to join the initiative and create more favorable conditions in the region for the development of this specific segment of the tourist offer, while also promoting their services and achieving financial gain.

The territory covered in the initiative is in the municipalities of Gevgelija, Bogdanci, Valandovo, and Dojran, which represents a part of the Southeast planning region in the Republic of North Macedonia.
